Part One ~

~ Ðere is noþing in ðis Universe more important ðan Humanity. ~

~ So far as we currently know, we are ðe only beings in all of Existence who are self-aware & capable of true imagination & creation.

Oðer animals are capable of some sort of imagination, but it is not of ð' same breadþ as ours, &/or oðerwise, ðey are unable to act on it & create in as meaningful a manner as we.

Everyþing ðat exists is special & important solely because of ð' fact it exists, but hypoþetically, I would destroy an entire empty planet, one devoid of life, if it meant protecting a single human-being.

Ð' birþ of a human being is ð' greatest act of creation in ð' Universe - greater, even, ðan ð' birþs of stars, & ðeir eventual explosive deaþ-hatching of new dark materials.

While I do not claim we are somehow less susceptible to ð' terrifying &, literally, awesome power of ðe Universe which could annihilate us all in an instant wiðout warning, we are undeniably better-off ðan anyþing ðat isn't human.

We have ð' means to prepare, to protect ourselves, & to mitigate damage in a way no oðer animals can.

To me, it always seems inadequate to explain human-nature in terms of nature & its antiþesis.

One could believe we are completely controlled by our innate, primal nature, or ðat we are uniquely separate from nature, & ðat our societies are somehow of a different realm ðan nature & ð' greater Universe.

I believe what is true, & even more remarkable, is ðat we are neiðer, or truly, boþ.

We are unique, yes, but in a way ðat sets us far beyond anyþing else which exists - animate or inanimate.

We are totally of nature, yes, but we've evolved, þrough organic processes of coincidence & survivalism, to exist in a way ðat supersedes ð' strictures of natural law.

We are ð' nexus of All Ðat Is.

We are ð' union of great cosmic Force, Matter, & Time which coalesce to create Existence incarnate: ð' being Mind, of we Humanity.

If anyþing in ðis world were to be considered divine, it is us alone.

We are ð' Masters of ð' Universe.

In fact, we ARE ð' Universe.

Look at your hand. It is a part of your whole self, yet it is composed of billions of individual living cells.

In ð' same way, we are ð' cells of ð' Universe, & ð' totality of our efforts & civilization & creation, as well as our individual experiences, are ð' Universe exploring itself.

As Carl Sagan said:

"We are a way for the cosmos to know itself".

We are ðe sensory-organs of ð' Universe.

Ð' Universe, ðen, is technically alive as one singular whole being, of which we are but cells in an unimaginably vast body.

But ð' metaphor only goes so far. We are not, really, just cells.

If we truly are ðe only living creatures in all of Existence who possess conscious & self-aware agency, we are ð' "head" of ðat whole being, but also ð' working hands, I suppose.

It is important to note I don't believe ðat constitutes any sort of greater, whole conscience of ð' Universe as a being wið a mind of itself.

No, more specially, we are each as divine as each oðer, & we are all ð' most divine þing in ð' Universe, equally.

We are all born of ð' same nature, wið ð' same agency. We are all, by nature, unequivocally equal.

Any notion ðat any person is somehow innately better or more deserving of security, wealþ, & power ðan any oðer is false & unscientific.

We must work towards creating a world where such ludicrousity is subjugated to ðe annals of history.

Þroughout our history, & still very-much today, we have divided ourselves along arbitrary lines of tribalism, not only by clan & country, but by religion & ideology.

We are one whole species, equal by birþ, yet we divide ourselves wið borders of which ð' land knows not.

We reckon ðat we somehow own land, ðough ð' land does not know our contracts & deeds.

Ð' conflict of ideology is less intangible, as ðere will always be differences of opinion. Yet, we have designed our civilization in such a way as to harbor hostility against each oðer over false & meaningless issues, when we should be unified in our ultimate aspirations to best benefit every individual, & ð' whole of Humanity.

Instead of recognizing our pride for ourselves, we pin it to such foolish concepts as our towns & states & countries.

Instead of recognizing our divine nature, & ðe agency which comes wið it, we harness our hope on salvation from gods to fix all our problems wið a hand-wave miracle.

Ðus, instead of solving ðose problems ourselves, we sink into comfort of scripture, & hope ð' future will see it come to pass.

And so society ails across time.

Part Two ~

I believe we have two options for our future as a species:

1. ---

We work to dismantle ð' barriers ðat systems of power have placed between us over centuries, & unify as ð' one whole species we are.

Ðus, we abolish ð' notions of governmental State & sovereignty, & govern ourselves as individuals & neighbors.

We embrace ð' total culture of our whole species, while preserving & celebrating culture which has developed in local areas.

or,

2. ---

We continue along our current trajectory, & all life currently known to exist in ð' Universe is annihilated & goes extinct for eternity, & ð' Universe may never know itself again.

Really, of course, we only have ð' former option.

It will not be an easy undertaking. We are far from a world in which such a society could be realized.

Ðus, it is especially important we spread ðese ideas now. Ðat is ð' first step towards realizing ð' future we need: education & inspiration.

Unfortunately, ðe odds are stacked against us. Ð' forces ðat will resist such change are far more powerful ðan we can even faðom, & undoubtedly possess means beyond our comprehension wið which ðey will seek to undermine us in myriad ways.

We cannot let ðem divide us more ðan ðey already have.

Ðen, ðey would win, & ðey'd live ðeir short lives in comfort, & Life would cease to exist.

We must work hard, at once. We do not know how long we have.

An asteroid could destroy ð' planet tomorrow, or it could come to pass ðat all our sacrificing effort was to no avail, & we will ultimately lose ðis war to protect Life.

Neverð'less...

It is enough to STRIVE, wið undying PASSION, towards ðe idealistic hope of change.

I call ðis ð' principle of ð' ~ Passion-Strife ~ .

Every single action we take to improve ð' wellbeing of ourselves or any oðer being or þing which exists, every single rebellious & revolutionary movement þroughout history & ð' present, every single sociopolitical ideal we hold dear - all ðese are borne of ðat indefatigable Passion-Strife innate to us all: ðat supreme expression of ðe indomitable human spirit.

Part Þree ~

So, yes, Humanity is ð' most special & important þing in ð' Universe. However, ðis does not grant us leisurely comfort, nor supremacy over all þings.

In fact, it obligates us wið a cosmic duty to act as Stewards for ð' wellbeing of All ðat Is.

Nay, we are not lords, nor kings. We are Stewards. Such is ð' nature of divinity. We must be divine protectors, focused on ð' salvation of All Ðat Is.

We must take ð' gifts granted to us by ð' workings of Existence, & use ðem to preserve & protect ð' Universe of which we Are.

Ðere is noþing meaningless or insignificant about Life & Existence.

We are basically wizards! Þink about it ðat way. Isn't it cool?

We have ð' nature & means to do þings we can't even imagine, & to spread Life & goodness across ð' stars.

But we will never achieve ðose pursuits if we continue to allow ourselves to be subjugated by ðose who profit from oppression, as has been ð' state of our civilization since its inception.

We must unify into active collectives of ideological like-mind, & go-out unto ð' world & put ðis Wellerism to practice.

"Wellerism" is what I call my personal philosophy, which I hope you may consider & come to share. It is everyþing I have outlined in ðis treatise.

I would never make so bold a claim as someþing like "We absolutely can & will accomplish all of ð' goals of our ideology."

But, as I wrote earlier of ð' Passion-Strife - it is enough to stick to our beliefs & strive to make ðem real, wheðer or not we succeed.

Ðese ideas for a better reality could not come to pass wiðin my own lifetime, I am quite certain, & perhaps not even ðat of my children. It is very far away, & ðere must be much global change beforehand.

But, I would & Will ðat I shall devote my life to facilitating its being, because ðat is what I must do so we can all be more well; or, well, weller.

Nobody can guarantee a perfect, idyll utopia. Even if such a great society someday exists, its citizens would have to remain as vigilant & active as ðey were in ð' war for its creation, so ðose who persist in poisonous ideology don't undermine everyþing accomplished.

Furðermore, even if such a society never exists, we must still strive to do as much good as we can in our own lifetimes, for ð' good of ourselves & all oðer humans, & all oðer þings which exist in ðis Universe.

Only þrough bettering ð' wellbeing of Individuals & Community can we ever hope to heal ð' world of pestilence, & one cannot happen wiðout ðe oðer.

Every single human-being is far more powerful ðan we give ourselves credit for. United, we would be invincible.

We need not be governed by any State or group, regardless of ðeir intentions.

Ðere are more ðan enough resources on ðis planet to provide comfort & wellbeing for every human-being currently alive, & ðat population tenfold.

Ð' problem is ðose common resources are controlled by longstanding human-led systems of power which seek to keep ðem out of our hands, so ðat ðeir own power, comfort, & wealþ may remain as exuberant as it is.

Notions of overpopulation are false, & serve to distract people from ð' real matters at hand.

We can, must, & I am confident, WILL realize a society in which every person is guaranteed a basic minimum standard of safety, security, & education.

We just need to work to make it happen.

We each have one life to lead. Ðere is no fate or destiny to guide us, no afterlife to anticipate, nor Savior in which to harness our hopes so we may settle into Non-Doing

We must create ð' change necessary to overcome ð' cruel & destructive forces of our human manufacture.

More ðan simply our freedom which we SHOULD do, I believe it is our Duty which we MUST do.

Þank you, friends.

Be Weller.
