~ Hello, ________________________________; Fellow Human-Being

              (Write or Visualize Your Name Here)

THIS WRITER hopes you are as well as you can be.

If you are, may you continue to be so.

If you are not, may you soon be so.

This Writer wishes to share their philosophy with you, & hopes you consider it deeply & give it much thought.

~ Thusly, This Writer Proclaims: ~

The Universe is the totality of everything that exists - of All That Is

The Universe has come to exist through means we do not know or understand, & which may be eternally unknowable & incomprehensible.

Pondering those means is fascinating & should be pursued, though is functionally meaningless, practically insignificant to human affairs, & should not influence human behavior.

Life is matter which has come to Be in a state & form that preserves & propagates itself.

Life has come to exist through some means we understand & some we do not.

Those circumstantial means were cosmically coincidental until the point of more complex evolution, & are remarkable to ponder.

Human-beings have come to exist through equally remarkable means of further evolution of Life.

Human-beings have come to be capable of Thought, Self-Awareness, & Agency, through equally remarkable means.

Moral & ethical constructs, most importantly those of “good” & “evil”, are not intrinsic or innate to the Universe. They may not be, & likely are not, absolute truths by any account.

Nevertheless, those ideas have come to exist by means of further evolution of the minds of human-beings.

Because those concepts of exist now, regardless of their fundamental nature & origin, we are forced to reckon with the resulting morality, & should choose to live ethically in accordance.

To the limit of our current knowledge, human-beings are the only form of Life known to exist in the Universe which possess and/or are capable of those Three-Together-Traits, being Thought, Self-Awareness, & Agency, in conjunction with one another.

There is no reason to believe or have faith in anything beyond that which can be proven through scientific methodology, such things thus becoming reasonable to deem as close to definite as we can be sure.

Despite the comfort such systems as religion & supernatural spirituality may provide, that does not mean we should choose to believe in them.

Insofar as such concepts have not been proven, & possibly cannot ever be, we should not believe in them.

There is no inherent or innate purpose to Existence, nor an intrinsic “meaning of Life”

As thinking & self-aware beings with agency based on what we at-least perceive to be Free-Will, we human-beings are free to determine our own meaning for our own lives.

As we possess those Three-Together-Traits, we have the ability to create order in the Universe based on our Will.

As we have the ability to create order in the Universe, & as morality has come to exist, we should choose to use that ability for good

As we may be the only beings with that ability & choice insofar as we are currently aware, we cannot assume any other beings in Existence are similarly capable.

As the Universe is, as far as we know, without benevolent or otherwise innate creative-direction, existence is dangerous.

Regardless of behavior or choice, any Being can be killed without a moment of notice. All Life currently known to exist in the Universe, that of this planet Earth, could be annihilated instantaneously & without notice.

All living beings inherently suffer as a consequence of Existence.

All living beings do not want to suffer.

All living beings inherently feel joy, & want to feel joy as often as they are able, & to feel as joyous as they are able.

Because of the chaotic nature of the Universe, it is frequently & perhaps usually difficult to maintain joy in the face of uncontrollable suffering.

Because all human-beings are of the Universe, & not somehow without or different from it, we are living expressions of the Universe, enabling It to experience & understand Itself.

This Writer notes that does not mean the Universe is alive as one thinking Being in the same way we are individual, thinking beings. It cannot & should not be said the Universe has a singular mind of its own.

However, because Life exists within Existence, & everything is of the Universe & not separate from the totality, All-That-Is can be said to be technically “alive” in some manner, through the experience of living beings such as ourselves.

Because all human-beings are of the same nature, we are all born equal to one another.

Because we are all born equal to one another, no person is innately superior to any other, nor more deserving of comfort, wealth, & security than any other.

This Writer believes current human society is organized in such a manner that a small percentage of people are born into circumstances which grant them superior comfort, wealth, & security than others, at the expense of that less-fortunate majority.

As morality has come to exist through our human minds, such disparity is usually considered a “bad” thing.

This Writer considers that is the correct reckoning.

This Writer considers that to be understood by the majority of people on the planet.

All living beings, excepting tragic circumstances based on unique human psyche, are naturally self-preserving, & do not wish to suffer or die.

As all living beings wish to lessen their own suffering as much as they can, & to prevent their own death to the extent of their ability, living beings are inherently self-serving according to natural survivalism.

Because of the unique nature of human-beings, we are able to take care of ourselves in ways other animals are not. We are able to predict, prevent, & mitigate suffering in ways other organisms cannot.

Empathy is a natural emotion experienced by human-beings, which developed through means of evolution & survivalism.

Humans are innately social & gregarious primates who have evolved to live communally & to assist others when we are able, to the extent of our ability.

A person is more likely to suffer less when other Fellows choose to help them to the extent of their own ability.

Therefore, if every human-being would understand they would suffer more if other people did not wish to help them, This Writer believes every person should consider it Morally Righteous to wish to help other people as often as one is able, to the extent of one’s ability.

This Writer believes humanity would not likely have survived as long as we have without such behavior of mutual-aid

This Writer considers such behavior to be a good thing.

Because human-beings are capable of helping each other according to natural impulse & conscious choice, This Writer believes we should also extend that care to those animals & organisms which do not possess that capability.

This Writer reckons that as a natural extension of our evolved empathy, & owing to the interconnectedness of ecosystems, as well as our reliance on many other species for our own survival, it is also self-serving.

This Writer would like to note such action naturally makes us feel good, & we tend to enjoy doing it.

This Writer believes everything that exists is equally remarkable according to the coincidental creation of cosmic chaos, & that All-That-Is deserves to exist based solely on that merit.

This Writer must admit they believe animate Life, based on its conscious experience, is technically more important than anything inanimate. This is a moral reckoning absent of consideration for the interconnectedness of all things animate & inanimate.

This Writer affirms their belief that all things should be protected from destruction to the best of our ability, but that it is more important to protect a living thing than a non-living thing.

This Writer must admit they believe that, owing to our unique status, human-beings are technically more special & important than non-human beings & other organisms.

This Writer notes it should be considered good to avoid the need to choose between protection of a human-being versus a non-human animal or other organism.

However, This Writer must admit they believe that, when such avoidance is impossible, the protection of a human-being over a non-human being should be considered more good, while recognizing the consequence as tragic & unfortunate.

This Writer notes this is a moral reckoning absent of consideration of nuance regarding ecological circumstances, & the individual circumstances of living things, which should be considered upon any such dilemma.

As This Writer believes human-beings are the most unique, important, & special things in all of Existence, They believe people are the ultimate nexus of Force, Matter, & Time, which unite to create the Mind, which exists within us

This Writer wishes to make clear they do not believe our unique importance elevates us above, nor makes us superior to, any other living being.

Nevertheless, This Writer believes we Fellows should revere the special importance of ourselves & our existence.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This Writer determines that
…because human-beings have evolved to possess thought, self-awareness, & agency…
…because morality exists as a consequence of our thought…
…because empathy & mutual-aid serve our survival & feel good to us…
…because there is no inherent meaning of life, nor purpose for which we exist…
…because we are not currently aware of any other Life in this Universe which possesses the same mental & physical creativity & capacity as we…
…and because we appear to be the only beings capable of making decisions of judgement which influence our actions:
~ Every Human-Being should make the independent choice to designate their ultimate purpose in Existence to be the protection of all Life, & everything that exists in the Universe. ~
This Writer believes every human should believe our unique capabilities, together with our reckoning of morality, constitutes reason enough to determine a sense of responsibility to that end.
This Writer believes we should consider ourselves Guardians or Stewards of the Universe.
This Writer believes that, while many people throughout history & present have strived to live towards similar ideals as those described, the circumstances of the world have not allowed them to be truly realized.
This Writer also believes that many have not strived to live towards such service as described, whether of their own choice, or due to circumstances of Philosophical Ignorance & Security Of Wellbeing which are beyond their control, or are otherwise a result of the actions of other persons who do not sufficiently consider the importance of empathy.
This Writer believes that, while religion/mythology are ultimately unprovable & should not be believed in this modern age owing to our ever-increasing depth of knowledge, they were the foundation of ethical morality & human purpose for the majority of humanity throughout the majority of history, regardless of their consequences & nature.
This Writer believes that, in the increasing absence of religious morality, any Fellow who does not individually consider philosophical morality, & the resulting Right Way by which they should choose to live, is lost & aimless in such a chaotic & inherently purposeless Universe as this.
This Writer believes every person should strive to be a philosopher.
This Writer must recognize that most people are not able to expend significant time, energy, or resources on such considerations, due to factors which are beyond their control.
This Writer believes those factors are the result of the way our societies have been organized throughout history & the present.
This Writer believes those factors can & should be undone & changed so society can be reorganized in a manner that promotes the greatest Wellbeing for all people & everything that exists in the Universe.
This Writer believes that would free every Fellow to have time, energy, & resources to spend on such thoughtfulness and action.
This Writer believes any person who does not have that freedom at any given time should not exert themselves to help others or any thing any more than they simply can, & they should not feel guilty because of that state of affairs.
This Writer believes every Fellow must focus on their own Wellbeing before they can focus on the Wellbeing of others.
This Writer believes that only when all people are secure in their own Wellbeing can the issues of community & society more broadly be truly addressed.
This Writer believes the latter state would be a natural consequence of the former.
This Writer does, however, believe that both can occur at the same time, & they are not mutually exclusive - that taking care of oneself & taking care of society go hand-in-hand, & one cannot truly occur without the other.
This Writer recognizes that because we all suffer in our lives, to choose to serve the Wellbeing of all things in this short life we all lead is a significant personal sacrifice.
This Writer believes that is a necessary sacrifice every person should consider & nevertheless choose to make, for the sake of themself, all Life, & All-That-Is.
This Writer believes any attempt to live & change society according to the ideals They have proclaimed would be faced by significant opposition by those who would profit & benefit from maintenance of the status-quo.
This Writer believes such forces of power undoubtedly possess means of opposition greater than most people can fathom, & that they would go to any length necessary to prevent such change.
This Writer believes we must not be afraid in face of such danger, lest we allow those forces to win, thereby enabling all Life we currently know to exist in the Universe to be extinguished for eternity.
This Writer believes that, even if such attempts to change society according to the ideals They have proclaimed are never realized in the future, & regardless of whether all Life will ultimately face extinction despite our best efforts…
~ It is enough to STRIVE, with undying PASSION, towards the idealistic hope of change. ~
This Writer calls that the concept of the “Passion-Strife”.
This Writer believes every single action we take to improve the Wellbeing of ourselves or any other being or thing which exists, every single rebellious & revolutionary movement throughout history & the present, every single sociopolitical ideal we hold dear - all these are borne of that indefatigable Passion-Strife innate to us all: that supreme expression of the indomitable human spirit.
To act on Passion-Strife can be described as Striving To Do, & such a state as the Strive To Do.
To Will to do good & serve the Wellbeing of all things can be described as Striving To Be, & such a state as the Strive To Be.
This Writer believes that, despite the unique & special nature of human-beings, we should not reckon ourselves lords, nor kings.
This Writer reaffirms we should reckon ourselves stewards, guardians. We should be Protectors, focused on the salvation of the All-That-Is.
This Writer proclaims that there is nothing meaningless or insignificant about Life & Existence.
This Writer believes we humanity possess the nature & means to accomplish things we can't even imagine, & to spread Life & goodness across the totality of the Universe.
This Writer believes we will never achieve those pursuits if we continue to allow ourselves to be subjugated by those persons & systems who-and-which profit from oppression, as has been the state of our civilization since its inception.
This Writer believes we must unify into active movements of ideological like-mind, & go-out unto the world to put this moral philosophy to practice.
"Wellerism" is what This Writer calls this philosophy. It is everything which has been proclaimed in this treatise.
This Writer hopes you may consider & come to believe-in this philosophy, & share with others.
This Writer would never make so bold a claim as something like "We absolutely can & will accomplish all of the goals of our ideology."
But, reaffirming that written before of the Passion-Strife:
~ It is enough to stick to our beliefs & strive to make ðem real, whether or not we succeed. ~
This Writer believes these ideas for a better reality most likely cannot come to pass within Their own lifetime, & perhaps not even that of the next generation or beyond.
Such change may be very far away, & there is very much to be done.
Nevertheless, This Writer would & Will-That-They-Shall devote Their life to facilitating its being, because that is what we all should do so we can all be more well - or, well, Weller.
This Writer believes no philosopher can guarantee their opinions & ideology will certainly lead to any sort of “perfect” society like an idyll utopia.
Even if such a great society someday exists, its citizens would have to remain as vigilant & active as they were in the strife for its creation, so those who persist in poisonous ideology don't undermine everything accomplished.
Furthermore, even if such a society never comes to exist, we must still strive to do as much good as we can in our own lifetimes, for the Wellbeing of ourselves & all other humans, & all other things which exist in this Universe.
This Writer reaffirms that only through Wellering individuals & community can we ever hope to repair the ailments of the world, & that one cannot happen without the other.
This Writer believes every single human-being is far more powerful than we give ourselves credit for. United, we would be invincible.
This Writer believes we need not be governed by any State or group, regardless of their intentions.
This Writer believes there are more than enough resources on this planet to provide comfort & Wellbeing for every person currently alive, & far beyond.
This Writer reckons the primary problem is that those common resources are controlled by longstanding human-led systems of power which seek to keep them out of our hands, so that their own power, comfort, & wealth may remain as exuberant as it is.
This Writer would like to state their opinion that notions of overpopulation are false, & serve to distract us from real matters we should focus on.
This Writer believes we can, must, and, They are confident, will realize a society in which every person is guaranteed a basic minimum standard of safety, security, & education.
We just need to work to make it happen.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We each have one life to lead. There is no fate or destiny to guide us, no afterlife to anticipate, nor Savior in which to harness our hopes so we may settle into Non-Doing

We must create the change necessary to overcome the cruel & destructive forces of our human manufacture.

More than simply our freedom which we should do, I believe it is our Duty which we ought to choose to do. ~

~ Thank you, Fellows.

~ Be Weller. ~
