Poem #20

Writer's picture: YeofYeof

20. (11-13-19, Lewiston)

At night when snow is fallen fresh

Radiant with the light of the moon

At its peak luminance shining so high

A tear wells up and slips from my eye

It’s a spiritual sensation

To gaze upon this scene

One finds within their heart

The joy and love of being

Not of gods or ghosts or demons

But of the ocean of the mind

Tranquility and turmoil together

Churning and floating thoughtful

Distinct

One interlinked
